Our previous two blogs have introduced you all to who runs Redback Building, so now let’s look at a small section of our company’s resume to highlight some of the varied work we do. I have tried to highlight the more unusual work that has a technical degree of difficulty which many predominately new home builders don’t generally do, some supervisors will have little or no experience in this area if all they do is new homes. We have many examples of the below work to show in one article.

This job was an extensive renovation throughout the existing home including the removal of walls under first floor concrete slab, introducing structural beams and columns, converted balconies into habitable rooms, large garage/workshop extension with a bathroom, new alfresco area, converted two bedrooms to large bedroom with ensuite (second master bedroom with living area), new kitchen and laundry in new location, installed new timber bi-fold doors where windows once were, changed study into master bedroom walk in robe, renovation of master bedroom ensuite, there was barely a room we didn’t do work in.

Here we did the removal of external brick walls under first floor concrete slab, introducing structural beams and columns to make a new alfresco with stone cladded walls, new recessed ceiling with downlights and fan, beautiful timber decking floor.

New home fixing of work for client who was in a dispute with a former building company during a new house build, we made repairs to existing works by the terminated builder and finished remaining contract from lockup stage to final handover.
